1 前言彰武、南海2座大型水库位于河南省北部海河流域卫河支流洹河之上,位于安阳市西南25km 处,两库总控制流域面积97km~2,南海水库以蓄控洪水为主,兼顾兴利,彰武水库以调节径流、兴利为主,二者联合应用,是安阳市的重要水源地,有防洪、工业供水、农业灌溉、水产养殖、发电和旅游等综合效益。2座水库均建于20世纪50年代末至60年代初,地理位置十分重要,但防洪标准低,工程质量差,隐患和遗留问题多,在洪水
1 Preface Zhangwu and the South China Sea are two large reservoirs located in the river tributary of the Weihe River in the Haihe River basin in the northern part of Henan Province and are located 25km southwest of Anyang City. The total controlled catchment area of the two reservoirs is 97km ~ 2. Taking into account both Xingli and Zhangwu reservoirs to regulate runoff and enriching, the combined use of the two is an important source of water for Anyang City and provides comprehensive benefits such as flood control, industrial water supply, agricultural irrigation, aquaculture, power generation and tourism. Two reservoirs were built in the late 1950s to early 1960s, the location is very important, but low flood control standards, poor quality, hidden dangers and legacy problems in the flood
