应用愈创木酚法对67例术前服0~40mg/d他巴唑(MMI)的Graves病甲状腺过氧化物酶(TPO)活性进行测定。MMI为0~15mg/d时,随剂量增加TPO活性渐降低;当到15mg/d时,TPO活性基本降至最低,即使再增加剂量,TPO活性未再继续降低。MMI顿服与分服相同剂量时TPO活性相同,对TPO抑制作用至少可持续24小时。因此MMII5mg/d是治疗甲亢的合适剂量,每日1次顿服的疗法是合理而有效的。
The activity of thyroid peroxidase (TPO) in Graves’ disease of 67 patients preoperatively administered 0 ~ 40mg / d methimazole (MMI) was determined by guaiacol method. When MMI was 0 ~ 15mg / d, the activity of TPO gradually decreased with the increase of dosage. When the dosage was 15mg / d, the activity of TPO was reduced to the lowest, and even if the dosage was increased, the activity of TPO did not decrease further. The same dose of MTP suits and sub-doses of the same TPO activity, inhibition of TPO can last at least 24 hours. Therefore MMII5mg / d is the appropriate dose for the treatment of hyperthyroidism, Dayton clothing daily therapy is reasonable and effective.
