十年前,也就是1994年,中国进行了一次重大的税制改革,主要内容是实行了中央和地方的分税制和开征增值税。当年的8月21日,伴随着全国税制改革,平度市地方税务局应运而生,谈指一挥间,平度市地税局已经走过了十个年头。十年来,从创建到发展,一个名不见经传的新建单位经过几代地税人的艰苦创业、创新发展,如今已经成为青岛市两个文明建设的一枝奇葩。2004年8月20日,平度市地税局举行成立十周年纪念暨表彰大会,局党委书记、局长方海鹰对平度市地方税务局十年发展历程进行了总结。
