从梯形齿同步带的几何非线性问题入手,以弹性平面问题的有限元法解平面应力问题为基础,引入梯形齿同步带的几何非线性有限元解法。用此方法对梯形齿同步带一个齿上的平面问题的应力分布进行了有限元分析研究。最后,通过一个具体算例求出梯形齿同步带一个齿上的最大应力点及应力分布规律并与弹性平面问题的解进行了比较。
Starting from the geometrical nonlinearity of the trapezoidal toothed belt, the geometrically nonlinear finite element method of the trapezoidal toothed belt is introduced based on the solution of the plane stress of the elastic plane problem by finite element method. The finite element analysis of the stress distribution on the plane of one tooth of the trapezoidal tooth timing belt is carried out by this method. Finally, the maximum stress point and stress distribution on one tooth of the trapezoidal tooth timing belt are calculated by a concrete example and compared with the solution of the elastic plane problem.
