1病例报道例1,女,51岁,因带环17年,闭经2年,要求取环。患者既往体健,月经规律,11岁初潮,经期4~6 d,周期28~33 d,无痛经,闭经2年,闭经后无阴道流液症状。孕3产2,人流1次,末次妊娠1990年1月,人流术后即带T型宫内节育器(IUD)1枚至术日。带环后无孕产史,性生活正常,家族史无特殊。入院查体:生命体征正常,心肺听诊无特殊,腹部平软,肝脾肋下未触及肿大。妇科检查:阴道无异常分泌物,宫颈光滑,Ⅰ度肥大,双合诊子宫前位,正常大小,质中硬,活动好,无压痛。双附
Case report 1 cases, female, 51 years old, with a ring for 17 years, amenorrhea for 2 years, demanded to take the ring. Patients with previous physical health, menstrual regularity, 11-year-old menarche, menstrual period 4 ~ 6 d, cycle 28 ~ 33 d, no dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea for 2 years, no vaginal fluid after amenorrhea symptoms. Pregnancy 3 2, abortion 1, the last pregnancy in January 1990, after abortion with T-IUD 1 to surgery days. After the ring without pregnancy history, normal sex life, family history no special. Admission examination: normal vital signs, cardiopulmonary auscultation no special, abdominal soft, liver and spleen ribs did not touch the swollen. Gynecological examination: no abnormal vaginal discharge, cervical smooth, Ⅰ degree hypertrophy, double anteroposterior uterine diagnosis, normal size, medium hard, good activity, no tenderness.
