本文采用案例研究的方法,对中国企业弱势跨国并购中组织间信任模型进行了探索性研究。研究发现,在并购前及并购交易阶段,组织间信任的主导类型为计算型信任和契约型信任,信任程度较低,建立途径为计算途径和契约途径;在并购后快速整合阶段,组织间信任的主导类型为了解型信任和能力型信任,信任程度中,建立途径为预测途径和能力途径;在并购后融合阶段,组织间信任的主导类型为认同型信任和善意型信任,信任程度最高,建立途径为动机途径。本研究丰富了弱势跨国并购整合理论,为未来对弱势跨国并购整合中组织间信任的影响因素及建立策略的研究提供理论基础。
This article uses the method of case study to make an exploratory research on the inter-organizational trust model in the weak cross-border M & A of Chinese enterprises.
