目的:探讨咪奎莫特乳膏联合冷冻治疗泛发性跖疣的临床效果。方法:选取本院2014年3月至2015年3月收治的88例泛发性跖疣患者为观察对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各44例,观察组给予咪奎莫特乳膏与冷冻治疗,对照组给予咪奎莫特乳膏治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治愈率明显高于对照组,复发率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应的血泡,皮肤感染,轻度红肿,局部刺痛,糜烂分别为2.3%,4.5%,2.3%,6.8%,2.3%,对照组不良反应的血泡,皮肤感染,轻度红肿,局部刺痛,糜烂分别为0,9.1%,2.3%,6.8%,2.3%,两组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:咪奎莫特乳膏联合冷冻治疗泛发性跖疣有较好的临床疗效,患者痛苦小,易于接受,复发率低。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of imiquimod cream combined with cryotherapy in the treatment of general plantar warts. Methods: Eighty-eight cases of patients with plantar verrucae admitted from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 44 cases in each group. Conclusion: Miquimod cream combined with cryotherapy for the treatment of generalized plantar warts have better clinical curative effect. The patient is less painful, easy to accept and has a low recurrence rate.
