目的探讨和优化纤维蛋白靶向对比剂(EP-2104R)对兔颈动脉急性和亚急性血栓进行3.0TMR的检查序列和检查时间。方法以颈动脉外部损伤和阻塞法制备兔颈动脉内血栓形成模型,分为急性期组(6h)和亚急性期(6d)组。分别于EP-2104R注入前及注入后不同时间点行MR黑血技术扫描,观察血栓形态及信号等特点,计算血栓对比噪声比(CNR),并与组织病理学对比。结果在T1WI双翻转快速自旋回波压脂序列(T1WI-DIR压脂序列),EP-2104R准确地显示所有颈动脉血栓,呈高信号亮点,信号均匀,边缘清楚,优于非对比增强MRI(P<0.01)。亚急性期血栓的CNR明显高于急性期血栓的CNR(P<0.001)。血栓CNR在2~3h达到高峰。结论在兔颈动脉血栓形成模型,于T1WI-DIR压脂序列,EP-2104R可以准确显示活体内急性期及亚急性期血栓,优于非对比增强MRI;对活体内不同时期血栓的理想检查时间窗为注射EP-2104R后2~3h。
Objective To investigate and optimize the 3.0TMR sequence and time of fibrin targeting contrast agent (EP-2104R) in acute and subacute thrombosis of rabbit carotid artery. Methods Rabbit carotid artery thrombosis model was established by external carotid artery injury and occlusion. The models were divided into acute phase (6h) and subacute phase (6d). Before and after injection of EP-2104R, MR black blood was scanned at different time points to observe the characteristics of thrombus morphology and signal. Thrombus contrast to noise ratio (CNR) was calculated and compared with histopathology. Results In the T1WI double-turn fast spin echo pression sequence (T1WI-DIR lipid press sequence), EP-2104R accurately displayed all carotid artery thrombosis with high signal bright spots, uniform signal and clear margin, superior to non-contrast enhanced MRI P <0.01). The CNR of subacute thrombus was significantly higher than that of acute thrombus (P <0.001). Thrombus CNR peaked at 2 ~ 3h. Conclusion In the rabbit carotid artery thrombosis model, EP-2104R can accurately display thrombosis in acute stage and subacute stage of T1WI-DIR liposuction sequence, which is superior to non-contrast enhanced MRI. The ideal examination time of thrombus in different stages of the body The window is 2 ~ 3h after injection of EP-2104R.
