目的为保障海岛和偏远医院急救用血的供应,同时减少其合格血液过期报废较高的问题。方法研发物联网血液冷链储运监控信息管理系统和相关SOP,监控血液冷链运输物流和储存中的温度,为血液收回及收回后再发放提供血液冷链储运过程其质量符合要求的依据。收集2010-2015年本站全过程血液冷链监控系统使用前后,发往4家海岛医院的红细胞悬液发血量、收回量、过期报废量资料,分析血液库存及过期报废情况并作统计学处理。结果 4家海岛偏远医院收回血液1150.5 U,血液报废率从系统使用前的19.82%下降到4.88%,下降了75.39%,医院血液日库存量增加30%-50%。结论本研究以物联网监控血液储运中的温度,解决血液收回再发放之难以施行的国内外难题,由此保障了海岛偏远医院急救用血的供应,明显减少了血液过期报废,减少了医院相关不合理用血,具有较好的社会效益,本应用研究的结果对国内外偏远或物流不便地区可能具有一定的借鉴意义。
The aim is to protect the supply of first-aid blood in islands and remote hospitals while reducing the problem of high end-of-life obsolescence of eligible blood. Methods To develop IoT blood cold chain storage and transportation monitoring information management system and related SOP, to monitor the temperature in blood cold chain transport logistics and storage, to provide the basis for the quality of blood cold chain storage and transportation to meet the requirements for blood recovery and recovery . Before and after using the blood cold chain monitoring system during the whole process from 2010 to 2015, we collected data on blood volume, recovery and overdue of erythrocyte suspensions in 4 island hospitals, analyzed blood inventory and overdue discard status and made statistics deal with. Results In 4 island remote hospitals, blood was collected at 1150.5 U, the blood rejection rate dropped from 19.82% before system use to 4.88%, down by 75.39%, and the hospital blood bank daily inventory increased by 30% -50%. Conclusion This study uses IoT to monitor the temperature in blood storage and transportation and to solve the domestic and foreign difficult problems of blood recovery and redistribution so as to protect the supply of first aid blood in remote hospitals in the island and significantly reduce the obsolescence of blood and reduce the hospital related Reasonable use of blood, with good social benefits, the results of this application research for remote or inconvenient areas at home and abroad may have some reference.
