电力营销作为供电企业中关键业务之一,影响着供电企业的发展。这几年,随着外部环境的改变,供电企业内部管理模式也发生了变化,电力营销也要积极进行改进。由于复杂多元化的市场环境,电力营销只有顺应发展并结合市场发展进行管理,才会促进供电企业的全面发展。本文基于供电企业电力营销管理的重要性分析了供电企业电力营销管理的现状,并提出了一些相关对策,以期能够推动供电企业的可持续发展。
As one of the key businesses in power supply enterprises, power marketing affects the development of power supply enterprises. In recent years, with the change of external environment, the internal management mode of power supply enterprises has also changed, and the power marketing must also be actively improved. Because of the complex and diversified market environment, only by conforming to the development of power marketing and market management, can the overall development of power supply enterprises be promoted. Based on the importance of power marketing management in power supply enterprises, this paper analyzes the current situation of power marketing management in power supply enterprises and puts forward some countermeasures in order to promote the sustainable development of power supply enterprises.
