胡锦涛同志在庆祝中国共产党成立90周年大会上的讲话中指出,理论创新每前进一步,理论武装就跟进一步,这是我们党加强自身建设的一条重要经验。基层党员干部是干部队伍的基础,是把党的执政理念落实到基层的重要力量。建设马克思主义学习型政党,必须注重加强基层党员干部马克思主义理论武装。
In his speech at the General Assembly celebrating the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party, Comrade Hu Jintao pointed out: Every progress in theoretical innovation goes a step further to argue the theory. This is an important lesson our party has made in strengthening itself. The grassroots party members and cadres are the foundation of the contingent of cadres and an important force for implementing the party’s ruling philosophy to the grassroots level. To build a learning-oriented Marxist party, we must pay attention to strengthening the arming of Marxist theory by the grassroots party members and cadres.
