目的探讨病原学检测新技术Parasep粪便离心管法在血吸虫病诊断中的应用。方法在湖北省公安县血吸虫病流行村随机抽取1 389名6~65岁常住居民为研究对象,采用改良加藤厚涂片法(Kato-Katz法)、尼龙绢集卵镜检孵化法和Parasep粪便离心管法进行病原学平行检测,对检测结果进行分析比较,以评价Parasep粪便离心管法的检测效果。结果共查出阳性病人24例,总粪检阳性率为1.73%,其中Parasep粪便离心管法、尼龙绢集卵镜检孵化法和Kato-Katz法粪检阳性率分别为0.79%、1.01%和0.65%;3种方法以Kato-Katz法的漏检率最高为62.50%,尼龙绢集卵镜检孵化法漏检率最低为41.67%。Parasep粪便离心管法的检出率是Kato-Katz法的1.22倍,并可保持显微镜下虫卵形态不变,卵内毛蚴结构清晰,容易辩认。结论病原学检测新技术Parasep粪便离心管法可作为日本血吸虫病原学诊断方法在血吸虫病低度流行区应用。
Objective To explore the application of Parasep centrifuge tube method in the diagnosis of schistosomiasis. Methods A total of 1 389 permanent residents aged 6 ~ 65 years were enrolled in the schistosomiasis endemic area of Gong’an County, Hubei Province, China. The Kato-Katz method, nylon hatchling microscopy hatching method and Parasep Fecal centrifugation method for etiology parallel detection of test results were analyzed and compared to evaluate Parasep fecal centrifuge tube test results. Results A total of 24 positive patients were detected, the positive rate of total fecal examination was 1.73%. The positive rates of Parasep feces centrifugation tube method, nylon silk hatching method and Kato-Katz method were 0.79%, 1.01% And 0.65%, respectively. The highest detection rate of the three methods was 62.50% by Kato-Katz method, and the lowest was 41.67%. Parasep fecal centrifugation tube detection rate is 1.22 times Kato-Katz method, and can keep the morphological changes of eggs under the microscope, eggs, miracidia clear structure, easy to identify. Conclusions Parasep excrement centrifuge tube method can be used as a diagnostic method for schistosomiasis japonica in the low endemic area of schistosomiasis.
