针对矿用可移动式救生舱,利用ANSYS和LS-DYNA软件建立了救生舱壳体的三维有限元模型.模拟等效三角波爆炸冲击载荷作用下矿用可移动式救生舱壳体的动态响应.通过数值模拟,确定救生舱壳体动态承载能力和变形模式,给出瓦斯/瓦斯煤尘爆炸超压与救生舱承载能力和变形模式的变化规律,为救生舱设计、抗冲击能力的评价提供理论指导和依据.
Aiming at the movable rescue cabin for mine, a three-dimensional finite element model of the life-saving capsule shell was established by using ANSYS and LS-DYNA software to simulate the dynamic response of the mineable movable lifeboat shell under the impact of equivalent triangular wave explosion impact load. Through the numerical simulation, the dynamic carrying capacity and deformation mode of the life-saving capsule shell are determined, and the changing rules of the carrying capacity and deformation mode of the gas / gas coal dust explosion over-pressure and the life-saving capsule are given.
