目前的石油工业主要依靠常规容器式分离器来处理井口油/气/水采出液。但经济性和操作压力条件不断要求其寻找新型高效、低成本的小型分离器,特别是在海上油田。与容器式分离器相比,诸如柱状气/液旋流器( G L C C)等小型分离器具有结构简单、价格低廉、重量轻等特点,基本不需任何维护,而且易于安装及操作。然而,在 G L C C性能预测方面存在的不足限制了其推广应用范围。目前 R& D公司正在建立必要的性能预测工具,以便对 G L C C分离器进行合理地设计和操作。本文介绍了 G L C C的技术发展现状及其模拟、设计、目前已成功的及潜在的应用情况等。
The current petroleum industry relies mainly on conventional vessel separators to treat wellhead oil / gas / water production fluids. However, economic and operating pressure conditions continue to require them to find new and efficient, low-cost small separators, especially in offshore oil fields. Compared to container separators, small separators, such as a columnar gas / liquid cyclone (GCLC), are simple, inexpensive and light-weight and require virtually no maintenance and are easy to install and operate. However, the deficiencies in the prediction of G L C C have limited its application. R & D is currently building the necessary performance prediction tools to properly design and operate the GCL C splitter. This article describes the current situation of GLC technology and its simulation, design, current successful and potential applications.
