随着冷挤压技术的飞快发展,特别在钢件冷挤加工中,要求挤压出的零件越来越复杂,变形量越来越大,对挤压前润滑处理要求也愈来愈高。零件挤压过程中的温升也急剧增高。目前,在钢件冷挤时,被挤压件升温可达250~300℃以上。在这种高温状态下,原来的磷酸锌处理层的耐热性已不能适应了,处理层结晶破裂,材料与模具剧烈摩擦粘附,工具寿命急剧缩短。
