1983年澳大利亚育苗专家P.B.史密斯在我场示范容器育苗技术。他特别重视砧木种子问题,现以当前柑桔生产上应用广泛的枳为例,将种子的采集与贮藏方法简要介绍如下。枳种的采集澳大利亚专家认为,积种单株采摘是培育优良柑桔苗的基础。用不加选择的混合种育苗,在生产上极为不利。1983年春我们在塑料大棚内示范容器育苗方法,播种从湖北孝感购进的混合枳种20900粒,一个月后出苗13600株,出苗率65%。
1983 P.B. Smith, Australian nursery specialist, demonstrated container seedling technology in my field. He paid special attention to the rootstock seed problem. Now, taking the citrus aura widely used in citrus production as an example, the methods of collecting and storing seeds are briefly introduced as follows. Mixed with indiscriminate seedlings, in the production is extremely unfavorable. In the spring of 1983, we demonstrated the container nursery method in a plastic greenhouse and sowed 20,900 mixed pieces of alfalfa, purchased from Xiaogan, Hubei Province. After one month, 13600 plants were germinated and the germination rate was 65%.
