本文对 49例窒息新生儿T细胞亚群、SIL 2R等进行免疫功能动态检测 ,结果表明 :窒息能使新生儿CD3、CD4 、及CD4 /CD8比值明显下降 ,窒息程度越重 ,T细胞亚群的紊乱越明显。窒息新生儿窒息初期 ,SIL 2R水平显著高于正常对照组 ,恢复期则接近正常对照组水平。研究表明 :窒息新生儿IgM、IgA明显下降 ,与对照组相比有显著性差异。同时 ,白细胞水平也明显高于对照组。通过对窒息新生儿免疫功能的动态观察 ,本文认为 :窒息缺氧可导致新生儿免疫功能低下 ,其免疫功能低下程度与窒息程度成正相关。
