通过对高铬铸铁的结晶特性的研究,采用金属型群铸工艺,控制高温奥氏作的相变温度,在铸态条件下,使20~50磨球获得合金奥氏体,使60~100磨球获得合金贝氏体+屈氏体,这两种基体上都均匀分布着精细的M7C3型碳化物,经时效处理后用于工业生产。经各类球磨机使用证明,磨球强度高、韧性好、耐磨性能优良。
Through the study of the crystallization characteristics of high chromium cast iron, the metal type group casting process is used to control the phase transition temperature of high temperature austenite. Under the condition of as-cast, the austenite is obtained from 20 to 50 balls to make 60-100 The alloy balls are obtained by grinding the balls with bainite and troostite. The finely divided M7C3 carbides are evenly distributed on both of these substrates, and are used for industrial production after aging treatment. The use of various types of ball mill proved that the ball high strength, good toughness, excellent wear resistance.
