The crack of heat treatment for large hollow ball of low alloyed steel was analyzed. The factors that caused the crack of heat treatment of large hollow ball of low alloyed steel were summarized. The measures to solve the crack of heat treatment of large hollow ball were put forward. It provides technical support for stable production of large hollow ball of low alloy steel and also provides reference for the heat treatment of related parts and components.
