中央领导多次提出要积极地引导社会资金参与基础设施建设,福建省过去在这方面已作了很多探索,出台了一些政策,但仍存在不少问题。我们最近对已建成的泉州刺桐大桥和准备建设的泉州湾后渚跨海大桥进行了调查。
The Central Government has repeatedly proposed to actively guide social funds to participate in infrastructure construction. In the past, Fujian Province has made a lot of explorations in this regard and has promulgated some policies. However, there are still many problems. We recently conducted a survey on the completed Quzhou Tongqiao Bridge and the Houzhu Bridge across the Sea to be built.
