目的探讨survivin和c-myc在胆囊癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理因素之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测40例胆囊癌、15例胆囊腺瘤、15例慢性胆囊炎survivin和c-myc的表达。结果胆囊癌中survivin的阳性表达率为82.5%,胆囊良性病变组织未见survivin阳性表达,胆囊癌中survivin的阳性表达率显著高于胆囊良性病变组织(P<0.01)。胆囊癌中c-myc的阳性表达率为65.0%,胆囊腺瘤为13.3%,慢性胆囊炎为6.67%,胆囊癌c-myc阳性表达率显著高于胆囊良性病变组织(P<0.05)。c-myc的表达与淋巴结转移有关。结论survivin和c-myc均与胆囊癌的发生发展有关并起协同作用。联合检测survivin和c-myc可能有助于判断胆囊癌的预后。
Objective To investigate the expression of survivin and c-myc in gallbladder carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological factors. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of survivin and c-myc in 40 cases of gallbladder carcinoma, 15 cases of gallbladder adenoma and 15 cases of chronic cholecystitis. Results The positive expression rate of survivin in gallbladder carcinoma was 82.5%. No positive expression of survivin in gallbladder benign lesions was found. The positive rate of survivin in gallbladder carcinoma was significantly higher than that in gallbladder benign lesions (P <0.01). The positive rate of c-myc in gallbladder carcinoma was 65.0%, the rate of gallbladder adenoma was 13.3%, and the rate of chronic cholecystitis was 6.67%. The positive rate of c-myc in gallbladder carcinoma was significantly higher than that in gallbladder benign lesions (P <0.05). c-myc expression and lymph node metastasis. Conclusions Both survivin and c-myc are associated with the occurrence and development of gallbladder carcinoma and play a synergistic role. Combined detection of survivin and c-myc may be helpful in judging the prognosis of gallbladder cancer.
