氰氨化钙作业的劳动卫生学调查表明,作业环境氰氨化钙混合尘浓度为16.2mg/m~3,工人咳嗽、咯痰的检出率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),肺功能改变以小气道功能MMF、FEF_(50%~75%)降低为显著(P<0.01);X胸片异常改变率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),表现为以不规则形小阴影为主,交织成网,密集度低于国家尘肺诊断标准中的Ⅰ级标准,肺纹理增强、紊乱、扭曲、断裂,其中1人具有Ⅰ期“尘肺样改变”。
