从2011年开始,国家“十二五”规划将全面实施。今年10月中旬,党的十七届五中全会审议通过了《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划的建议》(以下简称《建议》)。该《建议》对我国石油和化工行业“十二五”规划的制定有怎样的指导意义,我国和世界的石油化工行业发展趋势如何、目前面临什么问题,今后发展应重点抓好哪些方面的工作?就这些问题,中国石油和化学工业联合会副会长、石油和化学工业规划院院长顾宗勤接受了本刊记者的专访。
Since 2011, the national “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” will be fully implemented. In mid-October of this year, the Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee examined and passed the Proposal of the CPC Central Committee on Formulating the Twelfth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development (hereinafter referred to as the “Proposal”). What kind of guiding significance does the “Proposal” have for the formulation of the “Twelfth Five-year Plan” in China’s oil and chemical industry? What are the current trends in the development of the petrochemical industry in China and the world? What are the problems facing the development of the industry in the future? ?
