以陕西韩城矿区桑树坪煤矿软厚煤层巷道为研究对象,为了监测与了解巷道围岩稳定性状况,在3#煤4319综放面运输巷超前段内设定相关测站(测点),打设定位定向钻孔,利用电镜内窥摄影方法直观探测了煤体钻孔周边破坏与变形的物理特征;采取一孔复测的方法,采用超声波测试法对巷道围岩松动圈进行了测试。研究结果表明:测点周边围岩松动圈总体范围在1.63~2.0 m。从光学窥视的效果图上来看,孔内煤的颜色大多为灰黑色,光泽较暗淡;孔壁完整性较差,孔内存有大量淤积、凹凸不平、浮散的煤体颗粒,综合体现出软煤的特征。
In order to monitor and understand the stability of roadway surrounding rock, taking the soft thick seam roadway of Sangshuping coal mine in Hancheng mining area of Shaanxi as the research object, relevant stations (measuring points) are set in the leading section of the transport lane of # 4319 fully mechanized caving face in 3 # The positioning directional drilling is set up and the physical characteristics of the damage and deformation around the coal bores are visually detected by using the electron microscope endoscopic photography. The test of the loose ring of the surrounding rock of the roadway is carried out by the ultrasonic testing method . The results show that the total area of the surrounding rock around the measuring point is 1.63 ~ 2.0 m. From the perspective of the optical peep effect point of view, the color of coal in the hole mostly gray-black, dull luster; hole wall integrity is poor, the hole there is a large number of deposition, uneven, floating coal particles, the overall reflects the soft Characteristics of coal.
