“产教融合、校企合作、工学结合、知行合一”的职业教育办学模式和人才培养模式,决定了高职院校的德育工作不仅要注重校内联动、家校互动,更要实现校企协同德育。高职院校在德育目标确立上,要注重顶层设计、全局统筹,确定校企协同德育发展方向,共谋协同德育目标;要拓展校企协同德育平台,建设德育实践基地;要加强德育师资队伍建设,构建校企协同德育团队;要推进校企协同德育探索,创新德育实践方法。
The model of vocational education and personnel training mode that integrates education with teaching, school-enterprise cooperation, work-study integration and knowledge and practice determines that the moral education in higher vocational colleges should not only focus on the interaction within schools and between schools and schools, but also realize School-enterprise cooperation with moral education.
