随着我国经济的高速发展,我国建筑行业也不断发展,行业呈现良好的发展趋势,不过在良好发展的过程中,仍然存在着一些问题,工程的造价与成本控制问题也是其中之一,如今控制工程造价与成本的问题也越来越被人们关注,解决这个问题需要从工程的全过程入手。本文对工程造价与成本的控制方法进行了一次深入的研究,在决策阶段,有效控制工程造价与成本基础,在设计和招标阶段,把握关键,着重控制,在执行阶段,对工程进行有效控制,完工后,进行深入的分析,确保每个阶段项目造价与成本合理,从而达到全过程工程造价与成本的控制,希望本文所提的一些措施能够对我国的建筑工程发展起到一定积极的影响。
