低能量He—Ne激光血管内照射血液疗法(ILIB),最早在前苏联开展,是我国近年来新兴起的高新治疗技术,在治疗某些疑难杂症中取得显著疗效。我院自1995年引起此疗法,采用中西医结合治疗方法,配合中药刺五加液静脉滴注治疗脑梗塞,显著提高疗效,现报告如下:1 临床资料1.1 病例选择 全部病例均为住院脑梗塞患者。符合1986年全国第二次脑血管病学术会议制定的《各类脑血管疾病诊治要点》及1986年中华全国中医学会内科学会制定的《中风病中医诊断疗效评定标准》,并经头颅CT扫描以明确诊断。
