本文分析了2008-2012年间通过国家黄淮南片审定的32个小麦品种的品质性状。结果表明:黄淮南片小麦品种容重、蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量数值较高,而稳定时间等加工品质数值偏低。因此,在今后黄淮南片小麦品质育种方面应该把主要精力放在选育优质中强筋小麦品种上,在有条件的地区适当发展强筋小麦,不断提高稳定时间等加工品质。
In this paper, the quality traits of 32 wheat varieties validated by the national Huanghuainan southern piece from 2008 to 2012 were analyzed. The results showed that the content of bulk density, protein content and wet gluten content of Huanghuainan southern piece of wheat were higher, while the processing quality such as stability time was lower. Therefore, in future Huanghuainan southern slice of wheat quality breeding should focus on breeding high quality gluten wheat varieties, in the conditional areas appropriate development of strong gluten wheat, and continuously improve the processing time of stable quality.
