采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定微量元素叶面肥料中的六种元素:铜、铁、锰、锌、硼和钼。结果表明:在优化实验条件下,方法检出限铜为10mg/kg、铁为6mg/kg、锰为1mg/kg、锌为2mg/kg、硼为10mg/kg、钼为10mg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.99%~3.90%,加标回收率为93.8%~103.9%。该方法具有操作简便,快速,灵敏度高和准确度好等优点。
Determination of six elements in trace element foliar fertilizer by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry: copper, iron, manganese, zinc, boron and molybdenum. The results showed that the limit of detection was 10 mg / kg Cu, 6 mg / kg Fe, 1 mg / kg manganese, 2 mg / kg zinc, 10 mg / kg boron and 10 mg / kg molybdenum under the optimal experimental conditions. The standard deviation (RSD, n = 6) was 0.99% -3.90%, and the recoveries were 93.8% -103.9%. The method has the advantages of simple operation, rapidity, high sensitivity and good accuracy.
