班主任既是班集体的直接组织者和领导者,又是最接近学生生活的教育者和引路人;既是对学生进行思想品德教育的中坚和骨干,又是联系家庭、学校、社会的纽带和桥梁。班级管理工作千头万绪,学生思想瞬息万变,这就决定了班主任工作的重要性、复杂性和特殊性。因此,往往稍一疏忽便容易走入误区。一般来说,班主任工作中的心理误区主要表现在以下几个方面:
