对于学习音乐的学生而言,良好和谐的师生关系是学生能够健康、积极、进步和发展的基本保证,也是进行有效教育教学活动、提高音乐教学质量、保证学生稳定、健康、有序发展的重要前提条件。而由于音乐教学,尤其是在钢琴演奏教学中,教师经常会与学生就作品分析、演奏方法和作品诠释等问题出现分歧,进而影响师生关系和教学进度。针对这个问题,本文从了解研究、信任尊重、民主平等这三个方面进行了论述,在提出问题和解决问题及学生心理探究等方面做了一定的研究和尝试。
