《农业机械》、《拖拉机汽车驾驶员》是两本技术普及性的刊物,主要读者在农村,但是由于农村发行渠道不多,网点太少,力量不足,发行工作受到严重影响。为此,“两刊”编辑部从1983年开始开辟了第二发行渠道。在这几年的第二渠道发行工作中,全国各地的领导和广大农机工作者曾给予了热情的关怀和支持,给这项工作赋予了顽强的生命力,使之得到不断地完善和发展。但是我们从读者的来信及我们的调查中了解到,极个别地方的领导同志不仅不对这项工作给予支持而且对搞发行工作的同志进行压制打击,这是极其错误的。针对这一问题,我们请国务院办公厅调研室副主任姬业成同志谈些看法。 Agricultural machinery and tractor car drivers are two popular publications of technology. The main readers are in rural areas. However, due to the limited distribution channels in rural areas, too few outlets and insufficient power, the distribution work has been severely affected. To this end, “two issues ” editorial department since 1983 opened up the second distribution channel. In the second-channel distribution work in these years, the leadership and the vast number of agricultural workers throughout the country have given their warm concern and support to this work and given their tenacious vitality so that they will be constantly perfected and developed. However, we have learned from the letters from the readers and our investigation that it is extremely wrong for leading comrades in a very few places not only to not support this work but also suppress the comrades engaged in the distribution work. In response to this question, we asked Comrade Ji Yim-cheng, Deputy Director of the Office of the State Council General Office to make some comments.
