由同济大学自行设计、上海市建二○六工程队施工的同济大学高层留学生宿舍楼最近竣工。该工程全楼十三层,另有地下室二层,建筑面积九千二百四十四平方米,最高层达42.9米可以同时容纳留学生近三百人,是目前上海高校建筑中最高建筑物。设计时,考虑到既要增强高层建筑的防震能力,又要方便施工和节约建筑材料,该校在学习国内外资料的基础上,决定采用带框无砂大孔混凝土墙 Tongji University’s high-rise international student residence hall, which was designed by Tongji University and built by the Shanghai Construction 206 team, was recently completed. The project is located on the 13th floor of the whole building, with another basement on the second floor, a building area of ​​9,244 square meters, and a maximum of 42.9 meters. It can accommodate nearly 300 international students at the same time. It is the tallest building in Shanghai’s universities. When designing, considering that it is necessary to enhance the earthquake-proof capability of high-rise buildings, but also to facilitate construction and save construction materials, the school decided to use sandstone-free large-hole concrete walls on the basis of studying domestic and foreign data.
