我车间的B5032插床自1972年加装快速走刀机构以来,使用了五年没出过故障,性能良好。该机构利用电动机反正转,达到纵、横、反、正向快速移动,圆工作台反正向快速旋转,速度分别为2.75米/分,4.87转/分。快速电机反正向按钮装在工作台滑座右前方,操作方便。快速移动机构如图1、2。电机通过三角皮带轮1、3,减速齿轮24、5带动轴10旋转,轴10带动单向超越离合器的拨爪16转动,顺时针旋转时,拨爪16直接带动空心轴11旋转(B-B
