Spendley提出的单纯形优化法,具有计算简单,用较少的实验次数,优化各实验因素,取得最佳响应度。对于分析化学确定最佳测定条件,建立分析方法有实用价值。单纯形优化法在分析化学中的应用,最早见于Ernst的工作。Long、Morgan等都进行了有关这方面的研究。本文在Czech的基础上,应用单纯形优化法,寻找乙酰丙酮测定甲醛的最佳灵敏度。用固定甲醛量,选择了对显色强度有影响的反应温度、反应时间、乙酰丙酮量和HAc—NH_4Ac缓冲溶液量四个因素进行实验。结果表明,单纯形优化法能以较少的实验次数,获得灵敏度最佳显色条件。
The Simplex method proposed by Spendley has the advantages of simple calculation, fewer experiments and optimization of each experimental factor to obtain the best response. For analytical chemistry determine the best determination of conditions, the establishment of analytical methods have practical value. Simplex method in the application of analytical chemistry, first seen in the work of Ernst. Long, Morgan and so on all carried on the research in this respect. In this paper, based on the Czech, the application of simplex optimization method, looking for the best sensitivity of acetylacetone determination of formaldehyde. With the amount of formaldehyde fixed, the reaction temperature, the reaction time, the amount of acetylacetone and the amount of HAc-NH_4Ac buffer solution which have an influence on the color intensity were selected for the experiment. The results show that the simplex method can get the best color condition with fewer experiments.
