兼职教师在高职院校人才培养中起到越来越重要的作用。目前高职院校兼职教师管理存在三大问题:高水平兼职教师数量不足、教学质量不高、日常管理不规范。文章以湖南铁路科技职业技术学院为例,提出在院系两级管理体制下的兼职教师管理模式改革的几个途径:完善兼职教师管理工作流程;建立兼职教师数据库;建立教学质量评价与激励机制;完善兼职教师薪酬体系;依托集团办学、基地共建,寻求企业支持。
Part-time teachers play more and more important roles in personnel training in higher vocational colleges. At present, there are three major problems in the part-time teacher management in higher vocational colleges: the shortage of high-level part-time teachers, the poor quality of teaching and the non-standard management. Taking the Hunan Vocational and Technical College of Railway Science and Technology as an example, this article puts forward several ways to reform the part-time teacher management mode under the two-level management system of colleges and departments: improving the workflow of part-time teacher management, establishing the part-time teacher database, and establishing the teaching quality evaluation and incentive mechanism ; Improve the part-time teacher compensation system; relying on the group school, base to build, seeking business support.
