手术室是医院集中手术治疗场所,安全管理十分重要,在手术安全管理中环节管理更重要。环节管理是保证患者顺利手术,质量的重要部分,我科制定一系列手术环节质控措施(交接病人环节、部位标识环节、手术前中后核对环节、较长时间手术病人皮肤环节、器械环节等)。每周对环节有一级质控,环节质控每月有总结,有环节质控持续改进措施有落实有护士长追踪。质控组长对环节安全进行检查,不断改进完善手术室环节质控,确保手术病人的安全,提高手术室护理安全质量。
