本文以甲午战争后中日强弱关系的转换为背景 ,中日两国出于不同的目的 ,促成了近代以来大批日本顾问来华。日本顾问来华 ,对中国军事改革、军队建设有一定的积极作用 ;而对日本扩张在华势力 ,推进大陆政策、发动侵略战争的作用则是巨大的。 This article takes the conversion of the Sino-Japanese relations after the Sino-Japanese War as the background, and for a different purpose, China and Japan contributed to the large number of Japanese consultants coming to China in modern times. Japanese consultants came to China and played a positive role in China’s military reform and army building. However, Japan’s role in expanding its influence in China, advancing its mainland policy and launching an aggressive war is enormous.
