目前,我国阀门行业生产的各种阀门普遍存在着外漏、内漏、外观质量不高、寿命低、操作不灵活以及阀门电动装置和气动装置不够可靠的缺点。因此,发展阀门工业,亟待开发技术含量高的新产品。 有关专家认为,目前阀门行业应大力采用国际标准和国外先进标准,严格贯彻现有的国家标准,对现有产品进行改革,使更新后的产品达到90年代初的国际水平。同时,阀门行业应对铸锻件的原材料选用、铸造工艺、锻造工艺、热处理、化学成份分析、质量检验和处理等环节采取有效措施来严加控制,使铸锻件的内在质量和外观质量达到国际先进水平。应继续开展内、外漏攻关,严格机械加工工艺,大力推广新型密封材料,积极用柔性石墨等新型缠绕式垫片,提高产品关键部位的加工精度,延长产品使用寿命,使阀门“一短两漏”现象有根本性好转。
