目的了解以娱乐场所经营者利益为中心,开展有关性病艾滋病知识的培训效果。方法以娱乐场所经营者经营策略与健康干预服务为中心的参与式讨论为重点,将性病艾滋病知识作为基本经营能力进行开放式交流培训,并进行培训前后的知识调查。结果经营者对参与性病艾滋病宣传和切身利益的关系有了比较一致的认识,有关性病艾滋病知识在原有比较高的基础上有了明显的提高,预设的18个问题由培训前的最低正确回答率75.5%(74/98)~94.9%(93/98),培训后达到87.8%(86/98)~100%(98/98),培训前、后整体知识的回答正确率比较:t=10.041,P=0.000。结论对于经营者而言,经营利益是其生活重点,明确了解经营利益与参与性病艾滋病预防具有相关性,对于他们提高参与性病艾滋病防治宣传自觉性非常有意义。
Objective To understand the benefits of entertainment operators as the center, to carry out training on STD and AIDS knowledge. Methods Taking the participatory discussion centering on the operation strategies and health intervention services of entertainment venues as the center, the method takes the STD / AIDS knowledge as the basic management ability and carries out an open exchange training and conducts the knowledge survey before and after the training. Results The operators have a relatively consistent understanding of the relationship between HIV / AIDS publicity and the vital interests. The knowledge about STD and AIDS has been significantly improved on the basis of the relatively high level. The pre-set 18 questions are answered in the minimum correct answer before training The rate of correct answer was 75.5% (74/98) ~ 94.9% (93/98) after training and 87.8% (86/98) ~ 100% (98/98) after training, t = 10.041, P = 0.000. Conclusion For managers, business interests are the focus of their lives, a clear understanding of business interests and participation in HIV / AIDS prevention are relevant, which is very significant for them to raise their awareness of participation in HIV / AIDS prevention and treatment.
