在农业生产责任制的启示和推动下,在扩大企业自主权试点的基础上,从1977年以来,广东省大部份基层商业、服务业自然门店陆续推行了各种形式的经营责任制,有力地推动了全省商业体制的改革。实践表明,这一改革是十分必要的,而且已经取得显著成效。诚然,这一新生事物,还存在许多理论问题和实际问题,需要按照科学社会主义理论努力探索,认真总结经验,逐步加以完善、提高和推广。
Under the enlightenment and promotion of the responsibility system for agricultural production, on the basis of expanding the pilots for enterprise autonomy, since 1977, most of the natural shops in the grass-roots commercial and service industries in Guangdong Province have successively implemented various forms of business responsibility systems. It promoted the reform of the province’s commercial system. Practice shows that this reform is very necessary and has achieved remarkable results. It is true that there are still many theoretical issues and practical problems in this new life. It is necessary to explore in accordance with the theory of scientific socialism, earnestly sum up experience, and gradually improve, enhance, and promote it.
