研究开发了一种控制机床颤振的电流变减振器。理论分析和试验结果表明,电流变减振器的刚度及阻尼随外加电场强度的增加而增大,主振系统的振幅随电场强度的增加而减小。只要场强选取适当,采用电流变减振装置可以使铣床心轴的振幅降低50%~80%。试验在卧式升降台铣床上进行。
Research and development of a control of machine flutter electro-rheological damper. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the stiffness and damping of the ERF increase with the increase of the applied electric field, and the amplitude of the PRF decreases with the increase of the electric field. As long as the appropriate selection of field strength, the use of current variable damping device can reduce the amplitude of the milling spindle 50% to 80%. The test is carried out on a horizontal lifting table milling machine.
