当你忧郁、失望、无奈时,呼吸会变得浅薄。当盛怒、怀恨在心时,呼吸会更加浮躁。完全深入地呼吸,就忘记了鼻孔,也忘记了气体的进出与交换。深呼吸促进空气量有节奏地增加,强化了身体的各项机能。你若无其事,举重若轻,不动声色,缓缓地把天地间最珍贵但免费的东西运送至体内,然后将体内无用乏味的负能量、负因子和废气,缓缓地排走。你心意澄明,感觉通透,再也不会为小事抓狂,亦不必为大事暴跳如雷,更无须人家认同。
When you are depressed, disappointed, helpless, breathing can become shallow. When indignant, resentful, breathing will be more impetuous. Fully breathe deeply, you forget the nostrils, but also forget the gas out of and exchange. Take a deep breath to promote a rhythmic increase in air volume, and strengthen the body’s various functions. If nothing else is done, take your weight, calmly, slowly and gently transfer the most precious but free things in the world to the body, and then slowly drain the body with unpleasant negative energy, negative factors and exhaust gases. You are clear-cut, feel transparent, no longer crazy for trivial matters, do not have to rage for major events, but no other people agree.
