在房型选择中,人们经常有感于房型功能很多但使用不便,又不知如何衡量房型优劣。传统的出房率因其局限性不能作为衡量房型的唯一指标,本文从评价房型优劣的角度提出了创新性的房型衡量指标——有用率。有用率的计算很简单,却给百姓在购房选择时提供了便利,同时也给房型设计师提供了检验房型的新指标及设计改造的新思路。通过有用率的普及使用,相信从事房型设计与房产销售等相关人士及广大购房者均能从中得到启发。
