溅渣护炉中氮气射流的实测结果表明,低滞止压力(0.53MPa)所产生的过膨胀超音速射流速度衰减快、偏移量大、冲击面积小、射流能量损失大。根据实测结果和射流对熔池的冲击能量分析,提出了溅渣护炉喷吹氮气的工艺参数。
The experimental results of nitrogen jet in slag splashing protection furnace show that the over-swirling supersonic jet with low stagnation pressure (0.53MPa) attenuates fast, has large offset, small impact area and large jet energy loss. According to the measured results and the jet impact energy analysis of the molten pool, the technological parameters of nitrogen sparging by splaying slag are put forward.
