预应力空心板具有构造简单,体积小,重量轻便于吊装,工艺成熟,可以工厂化预制,造价低,建筑高度小等优点,适用于小桥及桥长较短跨径较小的中桥;在一般公路高等级公路和城市道路中广泛采用,尤其是平原地区,由于受净空和桥台填土高度的限制。桥梁上部构造要求尽可能降低建筑高度,以减小纵坡,降低路基填土高度,减少耕地占用及降低路基处理难度。但在空心板安装过程中发现空心板梁端间隙不符合设计要求的现象经常发生。严重影响了伸缩缝的安装质量和使用寿命,降低了桥梁的耐久性。本文结合中江高速公路2-16标空心板预制安装、济乐高速公路二标空心板梁预制安装为例,详细介绍了简支空心板梁端预留间隙的施工控制。

However, hollow plate installation process found that the hollow plate beam end gap does not meet the design requirements of the phenomenon often occurs. Seriously affect the installation of expansion joints quality and service life, reducing the durability of the bridge. Based on the prefabricated installation of 2-16 standard hollow slab in Zhongjiang Expressway and the prefabrication of two standard hollow slab beams in Ji’er Expressway, this paper introduces the construction control of the clearance gap of simply supported hollow slab beam in detail.
