一个单位,干部队伍步调能否一致,圆满完成各项工作任务,关键取决于领导集体的核心作用能否得以良好发挥,取决于有无有令即行,有禁即止的权威,其最关键当然取决于一把手的综合素质,但毋庸讳言,副职的作用亦不可忽视。我认为副职搞好工作的关键是恪尽职守。总体来说:要有与时俱进不断进取的精神,坚持做到“五勤”。即勤于学习、勤于思索、勤于自勉、勤于实践、勤于自省和总结。要自觉找准位置,摆正关系,甘当配角,服务全局。坚持做到揽事不揽权,到位不越位,谋事不谋人,尽职不扯皮,补台不拆合。具体来说还必须科学处理好三个辩证关系,亦即说“三个配合要到位”。
