姜黄素是一种多酚类化合物,存在于包括姜黄在内的多种植物中。现代研究逐渐发现这类化合物具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗微生物、抗抑郁等药理作用。但水溶性差,碱性环境下不稳定等特点,极大地阻碍了姜黄素的临床应用。该文综述近年来姜黄素脂质体、聚合物纳米粒、聚合物胶束、环糊精、共轭物和树枝状聚合物等纳米载体的研究进展,阐述纳米载体在改善姜黄素溶解度、提高其稳定性及生物利用度等方面的应用,为进一步的研究实践提供理论基础。
Curcumin is a polyphenolic compound found in many plants, including turmeric. Modern research gradually found that these compounds have anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-depression and other pharmacological effects. But poor water-soluble, unstable alkaline environment and other characteristics, which greatly hindered the clinical application of curcumin. This review summarizes the progress of nanocarriers such as curcumin liposomes, polymer nanoparticles, polymer micelles, cyclodextrins, conjugates and dendrimers in recent years, and expounds that nanocarriers can improve curcumin solubility and increase Its stability and bioavailability and other aspects of the application, to provide a theoretical basis for further research and practice.
