改革开放以来我国社会各项建设事业迅速发展,企业发展取得很大进步,但是企业的管理还有很多地方与现代化要求不相适应,还有一些不足之处,如果在短时间内没有有效地克服,对于企业的长期发展,人力资源的有效利用存在很大弊端。本文结合已有研究以及山东省博兴县企业人才管理的状况来对本地区企业中人才管理的问题进行分析,同时,针对问题提出相应的解决策略,以期实现本地区企业人才的有效管理,创造更多效益。
