CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(CD4+CD25+Treg)是一个具有独特免疫调节功能的T细胞亚群,它不仅能够抑制自身免疫性疾病的发生,而且可能参与诱导移植耐受以及肿瘤免疫的调节,在维持机体内环境的稳定中起重要作用。文章旨在对近两年关于CD4+CD25+Treg的免疫调节作用机制以及临床研究进展作一综述。
CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells (CD4 + CD25 + Tregs) are a subset of T cells with unique immunomodulatory functions that not only inhibit the development of autoimmune diseases but may also be involved in the induction of graft tolerance and the regulation of tumor immunity , Plays an important role in maintaining the stability of the environment in the body. The aim of this article is to review the mechanisms of immunomodulatory effects on CD4 + CD25 + Treg in recent years and the progress of clinical research.
